Religious Education

Our Lady of Grace offers religious education for both children and adults.  Registration for 2026-2027 classes is now underway.

CCD (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine) Classes for children are held for one hour on Sundays, either before or after Mass.  Classes for the 2026-2027 school year start September 20 and end on the Sunday before Memorial Day.  Classes are free of charge for members of the parish.

OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation) classes for adults wishing to become Catholic are held Tuesday evenings for 60-90 minutes.  Classes for the 2026-2027 school year start on October 6, 2026 and ending at the Easter Vigil on March 27, 2027. Upon completion of the course, the Sacraments of Initiation will take place during the Easter Vigil Liturgy on Holy Saturday, when those entering the Church will receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Eucharist.  There is no charge for members of the Parish.

OCIA classes are also open to anyone in the community who is interested in learning more about the Catholic religion.  There is a course fee of approximately $40.00 to cover the cost of materials.
